At the moment, we are experiencing delivery issues with both EU and US shipments. Since September 1st, it has no longer been possible to send parcels to the US, which has prevented our carrier from properly processing the packages.
Due to this restriction, EU shipments have also been affected.
The returned parcels from UPS, DHL, and FedEx (without tracking) are expected today or tomorrow, as our handler is personally collecting them.
We will attempt to resend the EU shipments next week via another carrier who can provide a tracking ID immediately.
Unfortunately, we do not yet have an update regarding shipments to the US.
